Conflict with Oracle America Inc. and Brand Name Change:

We launched our venture under the brand name "SUNRAYS" with a clear vision of making Indian youth employable. Over the years, we placed thousands of software engineers in the IT industry and earned the trust of our trainees and clients. Our operations expanded to multiple cities across India, and we successfully completed 10 years in business. Despite SUNRAYS being our registered trademark, it limited our expansion to other cities in India.

Additionally, ORACLE AMERICA INC., which has a similar brand name "SUN RAY," expressed concerns that our SUNRAYS brand might conflict with their interests in India. Consequently, ORACLE AMERICA INC. and ORACLE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION filed two lawsuits against us in the Mumbai High Court.

We resolved the lawsuits and withdrew our trademark SUNRAYS, renaming our venture to "RAYS Technologies." We are proud to say that RAYS Technologies continues to uphold the same quality, delivery, and trust with our trainees and clients across India.
